This policy covers only data submitted through the commercial portal. Schools' operational data is not processed by this site.
Data collected
The portal collects what you enter in the forms: name, role, school, city, phone, email and a description of your need.
Purpose
This information is used to process your sales enquiry and get back to you. It is not resold.
School data
The commercial portal accesses no operational school data. The public Directory exposes discovery metadata only: name, city, country, logo and instance status.
Audience measurement
Strictly necessary cookies work without consent. Non-essential measurement tools are enabled only after your agreement and collect no school data.
Retention
Sales enquiries are kept for as long as needed to follow up, then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of or deletion of the information you submitted, through the Contact page.
