Integrations
Your official data should not be typed in twice.
When a school has a usable export from its Carte Scolaire procedures or from a previous management system, ModernSchools can support the import and reconciliation of that information.
How a data migration works
The school's export
The school retrieves a usable file from its procedures or its previous system.
Checks and mapping
Fields are mapped onto the ModernSchools model.
Reconciliation
Duplicates, namesakes and differences are presented to the school before validation.
Confirmed migration
Approved data populates student records and classes.
Import is optional — ModernSchools remains usable even if the external platform has not been updated yet.
Formats and interfaces
- Tabular files exported by the school
- Migration from a previous management system
- An API for the school's own integrations
- Exports to the office tools the teams already use
ModernSchools is a school management system published by BRIDGE Solutions. It is neither a MINESEC platform nor an officially approved or ministry-connected service. It makes it easier to reuse and align information produced by the school's official processes.
Have your data migration assessed
Describe the format you have: the team will tell you what can be used.
